Lung Ching tea
The name of this tea literally means "Dragon Well", named after the village near the famous West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province of eastern China. Dragon is the most powerful and divine creature - the lord of all waters in China. A well contains relatively dense water, to supply the living of dragon. "Lung ching " is the chinese spelling of dragon well.
3-5gram into tea cup, water temperature 80C. Infuse for 3-4 min.
Drink when you have a break or after a heavy meal.
